Gypsy Arts Festivals are a celebration of Gypsy Roma Traveller culture through the Arts. This includes music, dance, spoken word, film, food, and the extraordinarily beautiful painted wagons. Gypsy Arts Festivals cross generations and integrate communities.

Gypsy Arts Festivals have so far been held in Suffolk, Edinburgh and Kent. Each one is diffent but none would be possible without the invaluable support and advice of local Gypsy Roma Traveller communities and their families.

There are a number of Gypsy Arts Festival events being planned for 2010 and 2011. Details of these events will be posted on this website early in 2010.

In the meantime we would like to draw your attention to the fantastic celebration to commemorate the centenary of the birth of the Gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt.
